Hi! Your blog is just what I've been looking for. I'm a bakery-owner-wanna-be in the 'research and development" phase. Love reading about the day to day life of someone who has done it. Most of what I read is about how someone had a great idea for a bakery and now they're a huge success. None of the day to day, figuring things out stuff. Thank you!
